The technological world is skyrocketing with a fast pace and in such cohesively snowballing marketplace hiring the resource at the peak time becomes extremely perspiring. Krewcal founder Lawrence Caputo conceptualized a system that would disrupt the staggering recruitment industry. He came up with a notion of swiftly connecting freelancers (categorized by their knack) with the management seeking them
At Codiant, Our design team spearheads the process with the discovery phase, and this project was no different. The goals for our initial discovery session were three-fold:
- understand the client’s business goals
- define and streamline the core functionality of the app
- map and detail the user’s experience
Following A Considerable Number Of Requirement Gathering Sessions As Well As Tete-A-Tete With Our Client, We Were Able To Understand The “Pain Points” Of The Management, And Also How We Felt A Closed Communication Network Could Help Break Down The Silos And Facilitate Better Cross-Departmental Freelancer’s Collaboration.
Once we finalized the ideation process and had a clear idea of what we have to design, we started creating wireframes to make the functionality of every section in the app clearer. At first blush, with only minor tweaks on layout and information architecture, we finalized the design and structure.
