Fasla is an on-demand delivery app that allows customers to place an order while sitting at home comfortably, as well as it gives full ease in providing fast and easy service to deliver anything at the doorstep at any time. The app connects customers with vendors through crowd-sourced drivers for fulfilling the orders.

Our clients’ sole purpose for this app was to facilitate end customer with an on-demand delivery app that eases the delivery, pick n drop, buying groceries, food and other household staples around their location. The app also opens ways for people who can drive and bring items from various places around their location. The app is an overall facilitator to driver, customer, restaurant, small merchant stores, disabled who cannot move much and overall small, medium and large vendors of various groceries, food and stuffs. The client aimed for three major functions:
Pick store, place order, experience fast delivery.

Take order, pick-up goods, deliver fast.
Select right transit, fast pick-up, and fast delivery.
As soon as the idea popped out our UI designers created wireframes and interactive prototypes for four user roles i.e. customer, driver, vendor and admin and then they hand it off to our developers. This process helped us and our client in visualizing the structure of app clearly with a detailed view on clarified features of the interface.
Our development team worked on the features and came up with the solution that supported the following features for the customer, vendor and driver app. Apart from this our development team also worked upon Admin panel which enables easy management of customers, products, retailers, drivers, orders, reports, feedback and more.
- Sign up/Login: Easy sign up for customer and retailer with remember me and forgot password functionality. Facility to edit, update and manage profile.
Customer app supports features like:
a. Search for a service via category, sub-category and keywords
b. Pick a service like delivery service or order anything
c. Make payment COD/ Online
d. Select a preferred delivery time and confirm the order
e. Track request based on service
f. Cancel order
g. Give ratings and reviews
Vendor app supports features like:
a.Search category, add categories, sub-categories and product details
b.Add payment methods- online/cash
c.Receive order request notification
d.View, confirm, or cancel orders and update order status

f.Check order status- pending, arrived, or nearest

Driver app supports features like:
a.Receive a delivery order notification

Fasla today has garnered an appreciable number of followers near our client’s location on Play store and App store. It has covered nearly all the stores in our client’s local area, and is presently serving people with on-demand delivery on their doorsteps and providing them with instant delivery in hours. Also, the app has employed drivers for faster delivery service and helping them earn happy figures for running their daily life easily.
