What Is Usability?
Usability- meaning ‘ease of use’. It is a quality attribute that determines how easy and pleasant the user experience is. Usability can be defined by five quality modules:
- Learnability: How quickly does a user trips the app and finishes the purpose of visiting as soon as they land on the app. Without having visited similar products or services before, if the user is able to accomplish the goal without any high learning curve, means your app made a right cut.
- Efficiency: Once users have learned the design, how quickly can they perform tasks, how much time will it take an average user to perform.
